Creative College is part of Bright Club Foundation in Curaçao. This privacy policy covers creativecollege.info, the related Creative College website at creative.brightclub.app, our registration forms and the student portal.

What information do we collect?
Registration asks for your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, current situation, course selection, preferred intake and payment preference. You can optionally provide your employer and learning goals. For a business enquiry or visit, we store the contact details and information you choose to provide.
The student portal stores your registrations, class schedules, invoices, payment status, payment references and messages with Creative College. We record when you mark a portal message as read. Passwords are stored as hashes; secure access links expire.
Website operation and security may involve server logs containing technical information such as IP address, browser details, time and errors. Only include information needed for your enquiry in free-text fields.
How do we use your information?
We use your information to handle your application, check your age, organise your programme and timetable, manage invoices and payments, provide portal access and answer questions. This includes confirmations, access links, class updates and payment reminders by email and, where applicable, in the portal.
Registration does not give general permission for advertising or publication of your image. You can object to promotional messages; essential information about your registration and invoices remains available.
Who receives your information?
Authorised Creative College staff can access information needed for student administration, teaching, communication and payments. Bright Club Foundation uses shared technical infrastructure for its portals; Creative College students can only access their own information.
Hosting and email services support the website and message delivery. Payments use Sentoo or your bank. If you choose a partner programme or internship, we explain which information the partner needs. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.
External service providers may process information outside Curaçao. Their own privacy policies apply to their services. We do not sell your personal information.
Sentoo and bank payments
After registration you can choose Sentoo or bank transfer as soon as an invoice exists. Sentoo opens Bright Club Foundation's payment page with your invoice amount. Enter your invoice number as the payment reference there. Bank transfers use the Bright Club Foundation account shown with your invoice.
Creative College stores the invoice amount, payment status and reference to verify receipt. Our website does not request or store full card details, your PIN or banking password. Payment is confirmed after Creative College verifies receipt.
Cookies, language preference and external content
The website and portal use essential session cookies for secure registration, login and forms. Your language choice is saved locally in your browser. You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser; this may affect registration and login.
The public website loads Google Analytics only after you consent to statistics. We measure page views and general actions, such as opening a course or clicking register. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, invoice numbers and payment information are not sent. Google may process technical information and analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time through Statistics preferences at the bottom of the page. If you decline, no Analytics tags are loaded. We do not add advertising pixels. Public website fonts are hosted locally; the portal may use Google Fonts. Playing a video loads YouTube or Vimeo. External images may also share your IP address and browser information with their provider.
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, payment pages and other websites open third-party services. Check their privacy policies before sharing additional information.
Retention and security
We retain information while needed for your programme, administration or legal obligations. You can request deletion, except for information we still need to retain.
The website uses HTTPS, secure access and access controls for staff and students. Do not share your password or access link. Internet communication cannot be guaranteed entirely risk-free; report suspected security issues through our contact address.
Access, corrections and privacy requests
You can ask what information we process about you, request corrections and, where applicable, deletion or restriction. You can withdraw consent. Email your request to info@creativecollege.info. We may verify your identity and respond within four weeks; if we cannot fully meet your request, we explain why.
Photos, videos and student projects
Classes and projects may involve photography or filming. Publishing identifiable material for promotion or on the website requires separate arrangements about permission and use. Simply visiting the website or registering for a course does not give general permission.
Students retain rights to their own work unless they agree otherwise separately. Publication must also respect the rights of music creators, other contributors and identifiable people. If you have a concern about a published project or photograph, send us the link so we can review your request.
Registration conditions
Creative College serves adults aged 19 and over. An application is non-binding; Creative College confirms your place, availability, price and timetable. Programme details explain duration, content and any accreditation or certification. A certificate is an accredited diploma only when explicitly stated for that programme.
Selected course prices and any discount are shown before registration. When combining two courses, the displayed combination discount applies to the second selected course. Invoices and instalments appear in your portal. A recurring invoice schedule does not authorise automatic bank debits.
Contact Creative College to change or cancel an application, or to ask about a payment. Arrangements for changes, cancellation or any refund are confirmed in writing, subject to applicable legal rights.
Website use and copyright
Use the website and portal responsibly. Do not share misleading, unlawful or harmful content, or attempt to access other people's information. Text, logos, photographs and videos may be protected by copyright; publication here does not grant general permission to reuse them elsewhere.
Changes and contact
Updates are published on this page with a revised date. Applicable Curaçao law governs this website and our processing of personal information. New arrangements affecting an existing registration are communicated separately.
