Cancellation Policy for Creative College

At Creative College, we are committed to providing our students with the highest quality education in creative fields through both short-term and long-term courses. Our hands-on classes are designed to offer in-depth learning experiences on our premises in Curaçao. Given the nature of our courses, which require significant preparation, including the arrangement of equipment and printing materials, we adhere to a structured cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Participants:

1. Notice Period: Participants wishing to cancel their enrollment in any course must do so at least one month (30 days) prior to the start date of the course. This allows us ample time to adjust our preparations and offer the spot to another interested student.

2. Refunds: Cancellations made within this notice period will be eligible for a full refund. We understand that plans can change and are committed to providing flexibility within this timeframe.

3. Late Cancellations:Any cancellation requests received less than one month before the start of the course will not automatically be eligible for a refund. We recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are open to discussing individual situations. However, due to the costs incurred from early preparations, a refund is not guaranteed.

Cancellation by Creative College:

1. Course Cancellations: Creative College reserves the right to cancel any course due to unforeseeable circumstances or if the minimum required enrollment is not met. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be given the option to either transfer to another course or receive a full refund.

2. Emergency Situations: In the event of emergencies or situations beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health crises), Creative College may cancel classes for the safety of our participants and staff. Under these circumstances, we will strive to provide timely communication and flexible options for our participants, including refunds where appropriate.

Processing of Refunds:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 30 days of the cancellation request. Participants will be notified once the refund has been issued.
